Achievements
Annual review 2020-2021
Led multiple teams and an external AEM development agency from concept ideation to delivery.
This involved not only the creation of bespoke a microsite and its components but all the visuals to support it.
Videos, interactive charts and marketing collateral.
Template solution implementation
Asset creation made easy for non-designers.
Available in internal Brand Hub and integrated with DAM.
Flexible templates for Social media, digital banners and events collateral.
Intuitive UX/UI.
Allows multi-language copy.
Data merge function that enables teams to create a high volume of assets in a short period of time.
Branded MOGRTs
Recent updates on algorithms (Social media and Search engines) have been pushing videos to perform better than flat assets.
MOGRTs allowed us to respond timely to this demand keeping Brand compliance and Design consistency.
Sub-brands redesign
Based on a recent review of the brand architecture, we’ve been working on refreshing the visual identity of our sub-brands, endorsements and master branded products.
Assessability, Diversity & Inclusion
Creating task forces and engaging with various teams to put design solutions for Assessability as a priority.
Actively participating in Diversity & Inclusion groups and designing campaigns for Pride, Black History and Women’s month
Awards and recognition
My team has been one of the most recognized for our contribution to RICS globally.
In December 2021 I received a double nomination and reward for exceeding performance and behaviours based on the Brand valuer and Corporate objectives.
